ESC seeks Chief Executive (temporary) -
area: Belfast

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our team.

We are seeking to appoint an interim Chief Executive to provide maternity cover for a period of 9 months.

The postholder will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for ESC and working specifically on sourcing funding and new work / partnerships to achieve sustainability for the organisation. They will represent ESC in public and the media. They will organise and oversee all requisite management systems for a vocational film-training programme for prisoners and ex-prisoners and supervise the delivery of short beneficiary-created videos and educational qualifications.
 
The successful candidate will be / have:
 

• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  
• At least 2 years’ project management experience
• Budgeting and computer skills
• E-marketing and social networking skills
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience of fundraising
• Experience of working with the press and media
• Interest in and experience of working with marginalized groups.
